Return & Refund Policy

At ZAAX, every piece is inspected and packed with care before it leaves us.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging (Illumina Case), and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at projectzaax@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or personalized orders

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
